Electric vehicles are the most popular exhibits at the 9th International Forum Investment in Human Capital in Kislovodsk (Stavropol Region in the south of Russia).
Among the exhibits are an electric bicycle, a scooter, a cargo tricycle, a Lada Ellada hatchback designed on the basis of the Russian Lada Kalina car, and a Mitsubishi I Miev minicar of an amazing futuristic design and space-silvery colour.
The head of the Mitsubishi electric vehicle project Sergey Sobolev says that the Stavropol Region and the Caucasian Mineral Waters area in particular are interesting to electric car manufacturers because the warm climate allows to take full advantage of the accumulator performance.
